Lunar new year & Valentine is around the corner and our little computer is down...? (-_-||)
Sorry to all for unable to update all the promotions and sales up to the site yet as all of our data are not with us at the moment. We are trying our best to get our computer up again so that we can continue on the business. Those who had emailed to us, pls kindly wait for our reply once our computer is up again!

Dear all, miwitch.com appreciates all customers who are still sending in their order requests although we had gone hiatus for awhile now. We are glad that many are still very much interested in the products we supply.
Nevertheless, we are still trying our best to work this site up whenever we can (due to our day work we have lesser time to maintain this small biz), and we could not promise if we can reply to everyone's request.
There will not be anymore custom makes for Infanta, as many a times it took months for the factory to get it made, the waiting time is very tedious for us and for you.
From now on, we take as many standard size orders as we can.

We will also be preparing some sales and probably another round of Fukubukuro on the UsagiWorks Instocks (Oppsy, we almost forgotten about our instocks! *_*")

Infanta Accumulation will stop for the time being. We are trying to make some changes to our accumulation lots and instocks. (RSeries accumulation will still continue) It will take us some time before we get it up. Meanwhile all Infanta orders that we sent out are still in making process, it will take a longer period of time for them to finish.

Dear all, due to our hectic schedule, June accumulation lot order intakes will be delayed. (Date to be confirmed)
We will also be skipping July month's accumulation lot for that matter. The next lot will be on August.
That is to say, June accumulation lot will start at around end of June and will accumulate for a period of 2-3 weeks before we send all orders out to factory.

We received all orders for this month's lot but it would take us sometime to view them. We will get back to all of you as soon as our schedule is more relaxed
The current May lots are still under making process, for more info kindly read the accumulation lot updates in Infanta or RSeries site.
Thank you and we really apologise for the inconvenience caused to all.

Update to Michelle and Magdalena's Parcel: Michelle had gotten her parcel while Magdalena is still waiting for hers. We thank you both of you for being so kind and patient towards us. We hope you liked our gifts. ^_^

Dear all,
Hereby miwitch & all concerned staffs would like to apologise to 2 of our customers who are, Michelle and Magdalena. We are sorry to both of them about receiving the wrong parcels that we had sent. We had obviously pasted the wrong names for their parcels and they had gotten the other party's parcel in the end.
We need to let all shoppers understand that this is our very first time making such mistakes and we ourselves do not allow it to be repeated in the future as we take this kind of matter seriously.
We would like to apologise now to Michelle and Magdalena for the wrong items received and to seek for your understanding for it. We promise to not to make this mistake again.

We had taken down most of Infanta's design from the site because most of them had been sold out! However, Infanta will be having newer designs soon for the upcoming Spring,Summer seasons! ^_^ Peekaboo! (Concept copyrighted by Infanta)

We had revamped our main website http://miwitch.com today. Sorry it took us so long because there are too many pages and links. As most of you had known, we are using basic html to do the website (because our owner is stupid ^_^") that is why many couldn't read the words in our site because it is only meant for viewing in IE (We are using IE only~^.^"")
We hope after the revamp, the pages are easier to navigate. We will still do some more touch-ups. Tentatively, please bare with the current messy contents. m(_ _)m

Lately, we adopted a new anti-spam system whereby all incoming emails will go through a sort of verification.
When you mail to us (NekoWorks/UsagiWorks @miwitch.com), after a minute check if you had gotten a mail asking for verification.
If you do, please reply that mail so that our spam system will verify your email address as non-spam.
We are sorry for the inconvenience but currently we are having too many anti-spam mails that we have to implement this system.
P/S: Our hotmail account is reachable too.
